Companion caregivers offer emotional support and companionship, providing a listening ear and a friendly presence for individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress or anxiety.
By following the Texas Administrative Code 225.6 and guidance from the Texas Board of Nursing, we offer RN Delegation services. This is an addendum to our Health and Human Services licensure whereby unlicensed personnel are trained by a Registered Nurse on how to perform specific skilled tasks in a home care setting.
Safety supervision: Companion caregivers can provide supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, especially those who may be at risk of falls or accidents.
